FACTORY AUDITS:

This audits includes procedures and quality systems verifications, production capacity of the factory, dimensions, machinery, future and realized investments, stocks, communications, persons in charge, specs and quality manager of the production.

General sanitary conditions, products stowage, loading and goods dispatch.

These reports from our audits can be used to state different supplier categories according production and quality standards.

Before Production Inspection:
We verify on this audit all the documents that the supplier is supposed to have according the standards requested by our principals. We check in situ that they apply these specs on the productions procedures. Even in general international standards like ISO 9000 or specific sectors quality certifications.

It is also checked that all the materials or components used on the production of the final product are according with what established in the contract.

This kind of audit provides all the information to know that the production will be performed under the specifications before the commencement.

With this audit we will get fewer products out of specs being able to introduce the correct changes necessaries to rectify the errors.

During Manufacturing Audits:
We carry out this inspection at the 25% of the process of production in order to check out that all the specifications are followed strictly to be able to correct or even stop the production if it doesn't match with the standard requested by our clients.

When the manufacturing process ends we will do an exhaustive inspection according with the client sampling plan which will allow you to accept or reject the goods.

Once accepted we will also perform an evaluation of the final process of packing, labelling, tags, stowage, loots and traceability documents.

Finally we make the loading inspection including all information in reference to the forwarding. The way it is going to be stowage, the closed method, the container condition (cleanliness, tightness, smell absence) and confirmation that is suitable to be used.
